Tai Chi for Mothers with Babies and Young Children
with Naomi Stadlen
Come and enjoy the ancient art of Tai Chi with your baby in your arms (or sling). No previous knowledge or fitness necessary. This is a five-week course to learn and practise the basic movements of Tai Chi and to explore how these could enhance daily life with your baby. If you wish to continue, these classes can provide a stepping-stone afterwards to an ongoing Beginners Class at the Academy. Naomi Stadlen is an instructor certified by the Tai Chi Union for Great Britain.
Venue: Wu's Tai Chi Chu'an Academy, 449-453 Bethnal Green Rd, E2 9QH
Cost: £55 per course or £12.50 per class (11.00-12.15 for five weeks. Dates by arrangement.)
